Tandy Harris is Vice President, Global Human Resources for 6D Global Technologies, Inc. and leads all corporate human resources functions with a strong focus on talent management, company culture, and scalable processes. Mr. Harris has over 18 years of global HR strategy experience with high-growth companies, including employee development, talent acquisition, inclusion and diversity, and compensation and benefits. Mr. Harris has extensive executive leadership experience along with a proven track record of leading and establishing fast-paced, team-oriented, and results-driven cultures that enable strong corporate performance. Most recently, he was Vice President of Global Human Resources for Open English, a leading online English school in Latin America and in the U.S. Hispanic market. Preceding Open English, he held various executive global human resources roles for companies during critical periods of strategic expansion including, CGI, Apex CoVantange, PricewaterhouseCoopers, AOL, and Infosys, a global leader in consulting, technology, outsourcing and next-generation services. Mr. Harris holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Radford University.
